Energy exchange is $130

you have two options :

1. The session can be fully remote, where we communicate via text message before and after to let you know that I’ve begun and then, that we have ended. In this case, you will get a 2-6 page document outlining exactly what happened energetically/spiritually that is yours forever--this is in addition to the session itself  

2. we can be on the phone for the session. There may or may not be notes or messages communicated from Spirit as the session happens, just as if we were in person. Much of the session may still be in silence.

I will write to you once you book to see what your focus areas may be for the session.  

The session will be done remotely.  This is the beauty of this type of session, in that you can be relaxed in your own space.
You will need to be laying down or resting (sitting) or gently walking during the duration of the session, in the comfort of your own home, or wherever you are.  
Full instructions will be emailed to you, after booking.  

You will receive either a text or a brief email (or both) after the session to describe any information received for you from Source.  

If you choose, you will also get a full 4-7 page write-up of all that happened during this session.  You can look at this over and over as it yours to keep.  People have said that this is tremendously valuable to them.
